Spanish Pages: The Taos News is the only weekly newspaper in the state of New Mexico with Spanish pages. Discounts:
Anniversary: Discounts of 40% off the open rate will be given to advertisers taking at least a full tabloid page or minimum half-broadsheet page within 30 days of their anniversary or opening date of their business. Ads may be run up to four times within the anniversary month. Offer may be used once a year.
Memorial Display Ad: $9.50/column inch These ads will run in the main news section.
Non-profit: $9.50/column inch (Retail) Churches, community service and charitable groups must have a 501-C-3 on file at The Taos News in order to receive the non-profit rate.

There is a four-line minimum for classified liner ads. With approved credit, there will be a billing charge of $4.00 for any ad not prepaid by 3 pm Monday. Bills sent after initial invoice will cost an additional 5%. Notification of errors must be received within 24 hours of publication.

Width of ad is measured in columns. Ad size is determined by number of columns times vertical inches which equals total column inches. Column width can be measured in decimals or inches. This applies to all display ads.
