My name is Melissa Martinez and my husband, Richard, and I reside in Taos. In October I had a health scare which required my admission to Holy Cross Hospital. It was very unfortunate that the medical episode was life-threatening and I was close to death. Thanks to the great staff of the facility, I am here today to express my gratitude to these individuals for saving my life. more

Time is running out, comment periods on the Santa Fe and Carson National Forest plans close November 7th. It is vitally important that Taosenos comment in order that the Forest Services decision makers receive local knowledge and perspectives are considered in the plans. more
