To help son with jewelry business

This is a strange inquiry but I trust you will understand my motivation for it.

My son, Peter, has been asked to vacate his current jewelry workshop by the end of the month. The owner is expanding his business. In a conversation with him this morning, I encouraged him to look for a piece of land in or near to town where he could build a shop (800-1000 square feet) and eventually a small home. The rent money he is paying would be better invested in a place of his own.

So, I know that all of you "know people who know people" who might know of someone who is interested in selling an acre or so (even with a garage or out-building). I told him that I would get the word out and see what comes of it.

If you have any thoughts or suggestions on the matter, contact me at gilroy@unm.edu or Peter at gilroy.peter@gmail.com. My phone number is (575) 776-8450 and Peter's is (575) 770-7232.

Thanks again for your understanding and friendship.
