A candlelight vigil for immigrant families and to remember 7-year-old Jaklin Caal Maquin was conducted Dec. 23, 2018 on Taos Plaza in Taos, New Mexico USA.

Organized by Sin Fronteras Nuevo Mexico, Inc., the video features comments by the organization's Julie Sena-Valles and Jose Gonzales. It was held the day before Christmas Eve. Jaklin was the little girl from Guatemala who died after being taken into custody by U.S. Border Patrol Agents Dec. 6 in Southern New Mexico.
